Large accounts hotfix

PRs 83–86. Tag message: "Hot fix for bugs when user has a large number of merchant units under their account."

  • Latest transactions on Home limited to the last 30 days, which fixes them not appearing (#1478, #1479). Home now says "Showing transactions from the last 30 days".
  • Misaligned buttons; Bootstrap Icons added (#1233).
  • Deployment pipelines added to main.

New Transactions table and general fixes

PR 54.

  • New Transactions table: server-side paging, Quick View panel, card-type and EBT/SNAP filters, the shared date filter, and custom fields in the CSV export.
  • Dark theme, first version.
  • "Receipt not found" page and the Clover receipt fallback (US #648).
  • Faster queries: no N+1 queries, untracked reads, projections (US #408).
  • Unit ownership check for merchant-scoped routes, and backend validation (US #410). Totals now summed from database amounts (#876).

First tagged release

  • Invoices list with summary and search; reworked navigation bar.
  • Menu items shown per merchant settings (UserSettingsService).
